ABSTRACT
Simple renal cysts are the most common type of acquired renal cysts; they are mostly detected by chance as they are asymptomatic and of unclear etiology. These can be diagnosed using diverse imaging methods, Ultrasound being the most common method by which renal cysts are found. The probability of malignancy is based on Bosniak's Classification which is used to determine the nature of the cysts.
