ABSTRACT
Monostoticfibrose dysplasia is a benign entity, generally asymptomatic, that modifies bone tissue, with a gradual substitution of this fibrous tissue with esthetics and functional disorders. It is a disease of adolescents and young adults, although it can be found in further ages and it was what motivated us to present a case. The objective was to report the obtained results with the recreation as alternative of treatment in these patients. It could be concluded that this alternative in which good esthetics and functional results were obtained, have been maintained six months later.
