Tumor de testículo criptorquídico abdominal: Reporte de un caso

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Cryptorchidism is the most common genital anomaly at born in male, associated to infertility and
risk factor for testicular cancer. At the moment known 40 cases of seminoma in cryptorchidism abdominal testes
have benn publicated arround the world.
Case presentation: Male patient of 45 years old, who complains of
abdominal pain and righ cryptorchidism, with elevation of B Fraction of Human Gonadotropic Corionic Hormone
and Lactic Deshidrogenasa, biopsy for aspiration of fine needle was performed, with histology of seminoma the
patient was etapificated IIC and treated with chemotherapic and surgical resection post chemotherapy. Actually
the patient be asintomatyc and do not had recurrence at ten months of survilance.
Discusion: In the patients
with cryptorchidism the risk for testicular cancer was incrementaded at 2 to 8 times and 10 % of the patients with
testicular cancer have previous diagnose of cryptorchidism. The malignation of cryptorchidism abdominal testes
is until 30% of the cases and more common that inguinal cryptorchidism.
Conclusion: Althoug of rare presentation,
the chyptorchidism abdominal testes in post-puber patients is indication of orquiectomy in younger than 50
years.
