ABSTRACT
Introduction: The psychosocial labor factors (PSLF) are a work condition of essencial study in current anthropocentric models because of their proven relationship and genesis of so-called psychosocial risks and negative effects. The Mexican company is trying to introduce the Standard 035 that studies the diagnosis of these risks. Material and method: The terms PSLF, risks and negative effects are theoretically discussed. The questionnaire offered in the standard and the Three Wishes Survey are applied to 5 workers of a production department in a company in central Mexico, making a database in SPSS. The Three Wishes Survey was applied to 33 workers from the same department and the same company. Results and discussion: We consulted the literature written by several of the authors on the subject which estab-lished great differences in the approach and conceptualization of the model and the techniques and instruments for the diagnosis of the so-called psychosocial risks, that the use of the instruments proposed in the standard and by this group of authors determined that the problems of work organization and leadership were the PSLF that potentially were evaluated as generators of risks for health and safety. Conclusions: Both instruments were sensitive, but the Survey of the Three Wishes was better than the questionnaire proposed by the authors of the standard by time of application, qualification and interpretation by the evaluated and the researchers.
