ABSTRACT
The case of a pregnant woman of 38 years, with a gestational age of 32 weeks, which attends to the obstetrics service of the Regional Hospital of the district Pala, KebbiOuestMayyo, Republic of Chad, is presented with chest tightness, shortness of breath and abdominal pain. It is an exploratory ultrasound abdominal and obstetric, observing the existence of plenty of fluids in maternal abdominal cavity, with alterations in liver cirrhotic appearance and presence of a fetus of normal growth according to the gestational age, presenting a fetal ascites and hydrocephalus; so it is decided the full assessment by the Obstetrics and Surgery services. One description the prenatal diagnosis of a patient with hydropsfetalis, performing an amniocentesis and cordocentesis suspected fetal anemia, to not be other pathologies that substantiate the diagnosis. Postnatal procedure consists of performing a colostomy in the first hours of born, which offers a postoperative diagnosis of atresia, anorectal and secondary meconium peritonitis perforation in distal, performing ileum rear anal reconstruction and its link to the rectum. It shows a positive trend, thanks to early diagnosis and neonatal care.
