Rabies in the doctor-patient relationship in the primary health care from a philosophical perspective

ABSTRACT
Introduction: according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Canine rabies causes 55,000 deaths per year, in children under 15 years of age world, specifically in Africa and Asia. Although they may be affected people any age. Objective: to describe the problem of Rabies virus in the doctor-patient relationship from a Philosophical perspective in Primary Health Care. Method: the Research is based on a scientific approach; therefore, for obtaining the data and processing the information they used the investigations of the theoretical and empirical levels. The ethical aspects the respondents were verbally oriented explaining what the investigation consists of and what necessary conscious participation is by issuing truthful and well-founded criteria in order to coordinate the information. Results: existence of problems of a philosophical nature in the work object of the Primary Care physician, in his socio-community performance for the health promotion, prevention and control of rabies in the community. Conclusion: in the object of work of the family doctor, in the socio-community performance for health promotion, prevention and control of rabies in the community, requires identification, interpretation and theoretical-practical solution as part of its performance professional.
