ABSTRACT
Introduction: currently pharmacovigilance is a shared activity between health professionals and those of the pharmaceutical industry. Objective: to propose a model for the training of labor resources that contributes to the implementation of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices in Liorad Laboratories. Methods: theoretical-level methods were used, such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, systematization and bibliographic review of online literature in the databases and print, related to the topic in the search for scientific consistency; methods of the theoretical level for the characterization of the phenomenon and by means of a methodology in which five stages are declared, each one consisted of its explanation, objectives, training actions and expected results. Results: the proposed model constitutes an alternative in the Sciences of Medical Education, in the dimension of permanent and continuous training that reinforces the guiding principle of Education at Work beyond the hospital level, this time in the pharmaceutical industry. Conclusions: the results obtained when applying the expert criteria (Delphi variant), demonstrates the scientific value and relevance of the proposed training methodology.
