ABSTRACT
ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is an entity with very high mortality and an high probability of associated complications. After the initial recognition of a ST elevation myocardial infarction, management should be focused in coronary perfusion restauration as soon as possible. We present an electrocardiographic case of an inferior wall ST elevation myocardial infarction that was managed with early mechanical intervention. We reviewed the key points in the diagnosis of these cases as well as the basics of management.REFERENCES
