ABSTRACT
The case of a 46-year-old female patient with a
history of liquen planus, that arrives to the emergency
room with an acute presentation of exfoliative
erythroderma and lymphadenopathy is presented.
Laboratory studies where performed, documenting
a Sézary Syndrome using the analysis of peripheral
blood smear and a flow cytometry.
