ABSTRACT
We present a case of a male of 13 years old, with septal ventricular defect infundibular in association with a diverticulum ventricular ectopic showing a fixation to the abdominal wall in the tendon of recto muscle by fibrous tissue. We reviewed the classification of ventricular diverticula in relation to the inadequate position of the heart and structures of cardiac origin, as well as the controversy of the surgical treatment.
