ABSTRACT
The EEC syndrome is a condition characterized by the presence of a triad: Ectrodactylia-Ectodermal dysplasia-Fissure, associated with alterations of the lacrimal conduct. The present work is the presentation of a clinical case of a 5 months old female patient with this syndrome. A literature review of the principal clinical characteristics is presented.
