ABSTRACT
Acute renal failure, also called Acute Renal Lesion, is the acute deterioration of renal function in response to damage that occurs over a period of hours or days, almost always reversible, the consequence of which is the elevation of nitrogenous waste products in blood due to impaired excretion and severe hydroelectrolytic and acidic disorders. Currently Acute Kidney Injury constitutes a health problem, which is why early diagnosis is essential. We present, a case of Acute Renal Lesion due to obstructive nephropathy that led to hemodialysis treatment for a month. After this time, the patient expelled the obstacle, reaching the levels of creatinine and hemoglobin at acceptable levels. The derivation or release of the obstacle is to say early intervention can lead the patient to fully recover the renal function. Hemodialysis as one of the purification techniques is not without complications that can aggravate recovery in this patient. Acute obstructive renal injury must be managed by urology with nephrological support. In this study it is evident that Acute Obstructive Renal Lesion is reversible and frequent.
