ABSTRACT
Introduction: The course on Family Medicine is included in the undergraduate curriculum of the medical major, confirming the need to strengthen the learning process in students through didactic materials.Objective: To elaborate a didactic material for the subject Family Medicine.
Methods: A pedagogical research was carried out on the current curriculum of the subject Family Medicine in the academic year 2014-2015. The dialectical materialist method was used, which allowed the use of theoretical and empirical methods. Among the first, synthetic analysis, induction-deduction and historical logic, and in the second group documentary analysis of the syllabus and lesson plans of this subject.
Results: The design of a didactic material with teaching tasks and methodological orientations was developed to favor the learning process of the subject Family Medicine by students, from didactic components of the teaching process. Conclusions: The application and implementation of the didactic material in teaching the subject of Family Medicine will lead to satisfactory results in its conception, as well as a higher quality in the teaching process.
