ABSTRACT
Couple relationships are set up from complex bonds because sociological, personality-related, and interactive factors are included. These are influential factors on stability and satisfaction that frequently add conflicts and sexual dysfunctions. From this analysis, the conditions for a specialized service to assist couples with these affections are created. The research was thought in two stages. In the first one a diagnosis from the identified necessities is made and a therapeutic program is elaborated. In the second one the program is assessed partial and empirically in order to enhance the quality of the couple relationship. A qualitative methodological perspective (intervention method: action-participation) was used, supported by a descriptive and applied study. Group dynamics are implemented in 135 couples, resulting in their understanding of knowledge and reflections. Couples modify in the medium term their notions of issues such as communication, the use of verbal and extraverbal language, intimacy, solving conflicts, and sexual satisfaction.
