ABSTRACT

Reviewing the published data on this technique, the authors propose a combination of methods to optimize the results. Such combination includes: liposculpture, gluteal lifting with bulgarian threads and transfer with adipose stem cells. To be complete, embellishment of gluteus must consist not only of volume but shape. Considerations are also made in order to prolong the results and avoid complications.
