ABSTRACT
Fibroepithelial polyps also called achrochordons (skin tags) are
benign epithelial tumors, small, pedunculated and soft. They are
usually affecting skin fold such as the neck, axillae and the eyelids.
A low prevalence has been reported in the vulvar region.
We report a 20 year-old-woman presenting a large tumor on
the vulvar region with eight years history. Total resection was
performed under local anesthesia without complications. Histopathological
examination showed a fibroepithelial polyp.
