ABSTRACT

The theoretical and practical utility provides experiences to the phenomena that occur around the nurse-patient relationship in the context in which care is offered. In the process of improving the performance of the technical nurses who work in the healthcare area, this utility is viable and is able to adapt to the requirements of the national health system based on a conceived structure that manages to favor different linked processes so that Continuous educational training for the technical nurses of the healthcare area from an ethics of care approach transmits the necessary values that structure and guide Nursing as a social practice. That is why, in order to achieve the conformation of the conceptual theoretical framework from the use of theoretical-level methods such as the historical-logical, system approach and documentary analysis, to scientific texts on professional performance, the ethics of care and the humanistic component. Evidencing in these dimensions identified in the modeling process, by deepening in the structure of the Pedagogical Model and in the practice represented in the construction of a theoretical model that contributes to the improvement of professional and human performance that enables changes in the actions, mediated by the educational influences that are in permanent incidence from the human in the interrelation between human improvement, of the definition proposed from an approach of Advanced Education.
