ABSTRACT
Introduction: systemic lupus erythematosus is a disease of unknown cause that can affect any apparatus or system of the organism and cause a wide variety of clinical manifestations. Therefore, it is considered a systemic disease, and autoimmune due to the large number of autoantibodies that it presents. Among the clinical manifestations of the disease it can be mentioned the Raynaud´s phenomenon. Objective: to present a case of a patient diagnosed with Systemic lupus erythematosus that clinically present only Raynaud's phenomenon. Methods: the case of a 24 years old female patient of black skin color, with medical antecedents and family health history of interest in a maternal aunt with Scleroderma. Entry into the medical service due to changes in the color of the hands and feet in relation to the exposure to cold, six months of evolution. Conclusions: an uncommon case is presented in clinical practice. A patient who presented Raynaud's phenomenon as the only clinical manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. The diagnosis was concluded by the positivity of immunological studies and general hematology.
