ABSTRACT
We present a case of a 15 years old adolescent with an asymptomatic malign lesion in the left orbital region, highly destructive, with the possibility of invasion or dissemination.
The option of treatment, chronology are analyzed, we proposed a different aproach for the tumor removal, control and preservation of function and survival expectancy.
