ABSTRACT
The intranasal Glomus is a benign tumor that is uncommon in the tumors of the head and neck, reported in the English literature until 2005 (22) cases. A 70 years old patient that attends to consultation by dysphonia without symptoms of nasal disease is presented. On physical examination a tumor in right nostril at the level of the upper third of the nasal septum is detected. A biopsy was performed whose report concluded a glomus tumor, to which exegesis is carried out by endoscopic surgery and Laser.
