ABSTRACT
A case is presented with diagnostic the syncope in old man of 89 years, with pathological antecedents of arterial hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hiperplasy prostatic that caretakers refer and him patient that approximately 2 months ago has presented squares with loss of the conscience without relaxation of sphincters, square is presented when carrying out posture changes, that which has taken it to remain bedridden, since the square has been presented in multiple occasions. Denies presence of fallen or traumatisms. And I present in an occasion dysfunctions of the language: dysarthria.
