ABSTRACT
It is the report of a clinical case of a patient who was diagnosed with mental and behavioural disorders secondary to injury, dysfunction or cerebral disease (prefrontal ventrodorsal syndrome) plus diencephalic syndrome, and treated in a multidisciplinary way; the man at this time is found in good conditions contrary to what due to the natural evolution of his suffering would be waited for, for over half and a year since the psychiatric treatment.
