ABSTRACT
Introduction: The gross haematuria in adults, make consider tumour´s diagnostics. Approximately 90 % of all bladder tumours are transitional cell carcinomas. Objective: Present an interest and infrecuent case of amyloidosis genitourinary location. Case presentation: We present a male 48 years with the only gross haematuria symtom. On physical exam were not found positive sings. Laboratory test positive only report gross haematuria. The ecographic study describe an ecogenic bladder´s mass as a tumour, described too by cistoscopy. Were practiced partial cystectomy with good evolution. Histologic diagnostic revealed bladder amyloidosis, an infrecuent diagnosis. The therapeutics options are reasons of discussion and there is not an estandar model, but is clear that vesical´s damages is an indication to surgical remove. Followed for two year the patient is free of amyloidosis´s symtoms and sings vesicals and in others parts of body. Conclusion: We most remeber the benign forms of bladder tumour.REFERENCES
