ABSTRACT
A 6-month child who presented at birth two midlines cutaneous lesions is reported. Cutaneous ultrasonographies, MR, and CAT were performed. A craneospinal dysraphism and corpus callosum lipoma were found. The purpose of this case report is to remind that cutaneous lesions along the midline of a newborn are possible markers for underlying bone or neurologic abnormalities.
