ABSTRACT

A case report of a 9 year-old boy with a two month duration brownish macules in thorax, neck and proximal upper limbs corresponding to an idiophatic eruptive macular pigmentation is presented. We comment the differential diagnosis with other pigmented dermatosis, particularly with ashy dermatosis and lichen pigmentosus.
