Patients with Legg Calvé Perthes functional recuperation, after treatment

ABSTRACT

The Hospital Juárez de México, evaluated pacient from 4 to 12 year’s old, that after a clinical and radiological examination, integrate the diagnosis o Legg Calvé Perthes disease, in child whose don’t have any treatment before and any history of lesion in the hip with the disease. Al the patient has no more of 3 months of evolution, and refers pain, functional movements in the hip and present claudication expens extremity with the affection. The objective of the treatment were contain the femoral head in the acetabulum, and reducing the pression en the proximal epifisis of the femur. Trying to have a complete cover with the acetabulum. The objective of the study is to have a functional recuperation of the hip and have a classification to evaluate the recuperation functional of the articulation with the disease. This is a study longitudinal, no experimental, and retrospective.
