ABSTRACT
The year 1994 marked a timeline of progress and development in research of certain group of lymphomas, generally characterized by the extranodal involvement of the facial midline, nasopharynx and skin. World Health Organization, and their most recent revision in 2016, grouped them under the heading of mature T-cell and natural killer-cell neoplasms as extranodal lymphomas. We present a 71-year-old white patient diagnosed with a nasal- type angiocentric natural killer/ T-cell lymphoma involving the skin in advanced stage. This is an uncommon lymphoma with an aggressive clinical course, multiple poor prognostic factors and poor response to treatment that caused the fatal outcome of the patient.
