ABSTRACT

We present a male patient with progressive macrodactyly of the second and third fingers of the right hand. A ray amputation was made in the second and third fingers with transposition from the base of the fourth metacarpal to the base of the third. The patient had favorable postoperative evolution, with acceptable aesthetic and hand function.
