ABSTRACT
Cerebellar infarction is uncommon stroke .There was a great heterogeneity in clinical presentation characteristics, as well as their outcomes as regards the territories affected. The brain imaging, in last year are of vital importance to establish the presence of a cerebellar infarct .The posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) was the most commonly affected territory at 50 %, followed by anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) at. Common causes include athero-thrombosis, vertebral artery dissection and embolism to describe clinical, etiopathogenic and therapeutic characteristics of patients with infarction of this vascular territory.
