ABSTRACT
Atrial pericondritis is an infrequent inflammatory process of the auricular pavilion of microbial or traumatic, autoimmune or tumoral cause; A rare autoimmune disease with anti-collagen type II antibody production associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus, should be kept in mind.
