ABSTRACT
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a slow and infiltrative growth skin tumor with high rates of recurrence. The diagnosis in childhood is usually late, because the skin changes are ignored. The acral and atrophic clinic presentation are frequent in childhood, but rare in adulthood. We present a case of atrophic protuberans dermatofibrosarcoma in infancy with late diagnosis.
