Early rehabilitation of adults’s acute myocardial infarction in ICU

ABSTRACT
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to evaluate the performance of thrombolytic therapy in patient safety with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), municipality Baracoa, Guantanamo, from 2007 to 2014 a universe of 494 patients was obtained at the hospital with the diagnosis, the sample consisted of 75 patients, who received an early rehabilitation. The primary data was acquired through review of the clinical history. Revenues were slightly higher in the months of October-November 2008, February-March 2009, predominantly male on female. The vast majority of transfers were executed for minimal care, independent nursing taking into account the needs that were affected and implemented, as well as early rehabilitation of those with a favorable evolution.REFERENCES
