ABSTRACT
We describe the badge of the Mexican military physician and its relation
with universal symbols of medicine: Asclepios’ staff and Mercury’s
caduceus. Authors propose that the components of the Health Military
Mexican Service should be: fascis, rattle-snake and mirror.
