ABSTRACT
Testicular microlithiasis and spermatocele (epididymal cyst) are testicular diseases that affect male patients regardless their age. Its etiology is multiple, and often the diagnosis is incidental. However, the patient may present with abdominal or pelvic pain. Semiotics and physical examination are important for accurate diagnosis. The cause of abdominal pain, in the case of spermatocele, is often misdiagnosed in the emergency room. As for Testicular microlithiasis, this is a rare condition that can be observed in patients suffering from infertility, cryptorchidism and malignancies. Although the link between testicular microlithiasis and testicular cancer has not been determined, many studies suggest that there is a direct relationship. Below there is a presentation of a clinical case where both diseases are shown.
