ABSTRACT
Photoreactivation reaction depends on methotrexate doses and exposure time. It affects areas of the body that have been previously sunburned and it can be induced by UVA, UVB or X-rays. Here we report on a 65-year-old female patient who was hospitalized with fever, diarrhea and blisters. The patient gave a history of intense sun exposure and methotrexate intake 10 mg/day. Our purpose is to report a case of methotrexate-induced photoreactivation.
