ABSTRACT
Early care in cancer helps improving functionali-ty in activities of daily living, also there are other benefits gained, as adherence to treatment during the diagnosis of the disease (such as chemother-apy, radiotherapy), and postsurgical, among others. The intention is to reduce the recovery period and achieve an early integration for the person, in the social, labor, emotional and spir-itual dimension. Also, to reduce costs in the care of side effects. A great contribution is the pre-scription of exercise that helps to improve physi-ological function and functional performance, thereby improving their quality of life.
