ABSTRACT
The uterine lipoleiomyoma is a benign variant of leiomyomas; it is rare and is composed of smooth muscle and mature adipocytes. It affects in perimenopause and menopause, is asymptomatic and does not require any treatment; however, it is important to differentiate it from neoplasms that demand surgical excision. The objective of presenting this case is to review current concepts and present the radiographic findings of this entity.
