ABSTRACT
A 27-year-old female patient with a familial pathological history of thrombosis before age 30, in addition to non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (IAMSETS) in the mother at age 28;; With a history of 5 months of evolution of typical precordial pain. Physical examination is not evidence of cardiovascular alterations. A diagnostic ergometric test is performed where ischemic ST segment depression in the lower and anterolateral asymptomatic region with late recovery and coronary angiography with angiographically normal arteries. Taking into account these antecedents, the age of the same and the results obtained by cardiology without demonstrating atherosclerotic cause of the symptoms, hematological studies are performed to rule out hereditary thrombophilia, confirming the diagnosis of sticky platelet syndrome (PPS). This is a phenomenon of hypercoagulability that is increasingly associated with thromboembolic events, is an important marker in patients with thrombosis, mainly in those who do not have any associated marker.
