ABSTRACT
The use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs required the pharmacological knowledge of these, their interactions,
safety and tolerability, especially at gastrointestinal and cardiovascular levels. All this is based on the use of biomarkers,
which are influenced by genetic factors, that define the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics specifically in pediatrics.
Finally are reported in each, the recommendation of the doses scientifically validated and with high biosafety level.
