ABSTRACT
The experience of using the Virtual Environment for Teaching Learning (EVEA), a resource offered by the Virtual Health University (UVS) supported by the Moodle platform for the training and improvement of ELAM teachers, is presented. This type of learning has spread all over the world and Cuba is not free from this; The Technological University of La Habana, the University of Havana, the University of Computer Science, among others have already assumed this new way of teaching and in the health area has also developed the technological support of the platform, so Infomed has taken this great challenge and has implemented version 2.6, one of the most used today, for its simple and friendly interface where each faculty creates its own space and learning resources for the training and improvement of all its human resources Carrying out this innovative educational type is the result of one of the research lines of the Medical Informatics department. For the improvement of the teachers there are nine postgraduate courses and two elective courses in this EVEA.REFERENCES
