ABSTRACT
In the Cuban scientific and technological policy, the process of generalization of scientific and technical results is considered of vital importance taking into account the criteria of utility, validity and feasibility. The health sector is characterized by its remarkable contributions to science, technology and innovation. However, the generalization of its scientific and technical results still does not show satisfactory results due to the insufficient scientific and methodological approach. A procedure to favor the effectiveness of this process. Empirical methods and techniques were used: interview, document review, scientific observation and methods of analysis and synthesis, historical-logical and expert criteria. The normative documents of the policy of science and innovation in Cuba were taken into account, as well as the ethical aspects of scientific research. A diagnosis was made to determine the level of knowledge of the methodologists of science and technology and the social actors of the organization on the management of generalization. The procedure consisted of five stages (identification, analysis, design, execution and evaluation) each ones with specific objectives and activities. A work algorithm was obtained that organized and planned the necessary actions to guarantee the effective generalization of the scientific-technical results of the health sector at territorial level, which can be used by other sectors of society.REFERENCES
