ABSTRACT
We present the case of a woman, 51 years of age, in whom a tumor in
the lower right lobule, ovoid, with soft tissue radiopacity and obtuse
angles was found incidentally by means of a chest x-ray. By means of
computed tomography, ultrasound-guided transthoracic biopsy and
subsequent histopathological analysis, the patient was diagnosed with
a solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura.
