ABSTRACT
Intraocular non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and the central nervous system (CNS) are few commons presentations; in the most of cases,
it has associated presentation. In the medical literature, there are few cases reported with hypoglycaemia and lactic acidosis. So, we
report the case about a 49 years old woman, who was hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department of Hospital Juárez de
México, SS. She was admitted for general state worsening, visuals disorders, hypoglycaemia and lactic acidosis refractory to
treatment. We concluded primary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of left eye. She died 24 hours after chemotherapy beginning.
