ABSTRACT
There are conditions that have a direct influence in the live of renal graft like HLA compatibility, source of donations, sensibility,
age of receptor-donor and other. A retrospective study about the clinical records of 176 patients underwent a kidney transplant in
the Juarez Hospital of Mexico was carried out. Patients were divided in groups with differences about sex between receptor-donor
and groups with the same sex. There aren’t influence of the receptor-donor sex in the life of the graft.
