ABSTRACT
Eccrine carcinoma is an adnexal neoplasia, with low prevalence, localized mainly in head and neck. The main differential diagnoses are cutaneous metastases of adenocarcinomas, and although there is a broad panel of immunohistochemical markers, they must be excluded by imaging studies. The treatment of choice is surgery. We present a 61 year old man with cutaneous mucinous eccrine carcinoma with an infrequent localization.
