Didactic mediators in teaching learning process of Cuban History

ABSTRACT
The interpretation of diverse historical sources by the historian, from historical materialism, permits to study various phenomena of society in connection and interdependence. All knowledge is an act of reflection. In this sense the historical sources are a means of knowledge of reality, while are a reflection of what happened, which allows the historian rework, reconstruct the event as historical knowledge, which explains the mediating character of historical sources. Thus, it is the historian's task to locate the source in order to explain and interpret the past. The sources are required to disclose and to know the past, through analysis and interpretation. So they are for the subject History, which are designed as educational arrangement departing from the conclusions of historical science. These graphs primary sources are used by teachers in teaching graphics as didactic mediators in the process of teaching and learning, thus contributing to instill in students the spirit of scientific inquiry, having to travel from their level and intellectual possibilities, the path taken by historians, what prestige in their minds the condition of history as a science.REFERENCES
