ABSTRACT
The pathology gives the uracal cyst in the adult it is uncommon motivated for this reason we present a 42 years old patient with this affection to which carry out her abdominal ultrasonography, voiding cystourethrography, computed tomography and cystourethroscopy to confirm the diagnosis. Based on the bibliographical revision we coincide that the behavior is surgical in first line, independently of the degree of its complications, arriving like in our case to a simple exeresis gives the cyst. We conclude that the early detection and the aggressive behaviour in the adult bear to a less bloody procedure and a prompt rehabilitation avoiding future complications.
