ABSTRACT
Currently, one of the major benefits of prenatal diagnosis is to allow postnatal evaluation and treatment of congenital urinary abnormalities, and prevent renal impairment due to infection and/or obstruction. I report a child with hydronephrosis detected prenatally, imaging studies done after birth demonstrated the presence of an incomplete urinary duplication with ureteropelvic junction obstruction of the right renal lower pole.
