ABSTRACT
Leprosy is an ancient disease. In previous year, the variant of circumscribed elements (that it is a form of nodular lepromatous leprosy) was infrequent, however, currently the number of cases with this morphology has increased. In this article we communicate the case of a 61 year old male patient with this form, and we made a brief review of the topic.
