ABSTRACT
Introduction. Stroke is the most común disabling neurologic disease. It is the third leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. The requisition in nutrition to the patients con haemorrhage of the brain is differente in each patology. The proteins are a very important composition of the organism adn its measurement with albúmina and ureic nitrogen help us to nourish to our patient.Objetive. Evaluate the requisition nutriotonal in patients with traumatic brain haemorrhage and atraumatic brain haemorrhage.
Method. We quantize the nivels of albumin and ureic nitrogen in patients with traumatic brain haemorrhage and atraumatic brain haemorrhage.in the seventh day with the purpose of observing their difference.
Results. Patients with traumatic Brain Haemorrhage loose more ureic nitrogen in 24 hours urine recolectation and there isnt differences in albumin leves between both groups.
Conclusion. Mayor necesity of nutritional support and energetic requisition was confirmed in traumatic brain haemorrhage patients compared to those with not traumatic brain haemorrhage.
